Coach Ash’s professional work spans 1:1 personal training, group fitness (SoulCycle, Barry’s, The Pack) instruction, and nutrition coaching for both general population clients and athletes. Her approach departs from the typical “fitness” model by prioritizing actionable behavioral change over “clickable” solutions. She focuses on helping trainees improve body composition in a way that prioritizes psychological wellbeing.
