Ash Wang is a globally-based strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) and certified nutritionist (PN-L1) with over eight years of experience helping clients reach their training and nutrition goals. She works with individuals of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, and brings a versatile, holistic approach to performance and well-being.
Ash’s own movement journey reflects the breadth of her coaching philosophy, spanning powerbuilding, Olympic weightlifting, and running. Professionally, she’s taught at industry pillars such as Barry’s and SoulCycle, and currently serves as a founding instructor at The Pack, the latest venture from the creator of Rumble.

TRAINING SERVICES
Ash offers training support for clients of all experience levels, helping them build strength and confidence through structured, goal-oriented programs. Her coaching includes customized training plans and personalized feedback on lifting form tailored to each individual’s body—eliminating the guesswork around exercise selection, weight, volume, and beyond.

LIVE VIRTUAL COACHING
$180/week, $720/month - includes use of TC app
Ash will train you live for 1 hr/week over video call, providing real time corrections, accountability, and motivation. All you need is strong wi-fi and a pair of headphones.
This option includes weekly custom programming that can be adjusted based on your schedule, training goals, and equipment availability. Workouts are delivered through the TrueCoach programming app, which has a chat function where you can communicate with Ash outside of your live training sessions.
REMOTE
COACHING
$295/month + taxes and fees
TrueCoach is a mobile training app from which Ash will create tailored workouts for you individualized to your specific goals, available equipment, and schedule needs.
The app includes:
• Video demonstrations of each exercise
• Chat messenger function where to communicate directly with Ash
• Dedicated space to upload your training footage, to which Ash will provide feedback on form and technique every Sunday.
If you are currently injured or working with a physio, Ash will work with your professional to ensure your programming is inclusive of any rehab work.
This option also offers periodic video check-in calls on a per-needs basis in order to continuously assess your goals.

With nearly a decade of experience, Ash supports clients in reaching their nutrition goals through an approach grounded in education, compassion, and sustainability. She understands that nutrition is deeply personal—shaped by our behaviors, beliefs, and cultural contexts—and believes it should be treated with nuance, not restriction.
Ash helps clients build systems that prioritize nourishment and consistency, incorporating foods they already love while introducing supportive additions rather than imposing rigid eliminations. Her coaching focuses on shifting mindsets, reframing self-talk, and removing the judgment that often holds people back from lasting progress.

Ash will meet with you for a weekly 30 minutes over video call to troubleshoot any arising issues and celebrate the previous week’s successes.
Before each meeting, Ash will review your food diary and cross-reference it with a bodyweight tracker. Together, you and Ash will formulate a plan for the following week with specific action items to tackle.
Minimum commitment of 3 months required.
Best for beginner dieters and/or individuals with history of disordered eating behaviors
Best for dieters who need assistance with repairing relationship with food, hunger signals, and food preoccupation
Weekly 30-minute face-to-face video call for accountability and counseling
Macros or calories, adjusted as needed

ASYNC
($299+/mo.)
After your 30 minute initial video consultation to discuss issues and set up a plan, Ash will send you macros and specific next steps. Each week, Ash will send out a series of questions for you to answer in a timely fashion. She will also cross reference your myFitnesspal Food Diary to help guide you through goal-oriented food choices.
If needed, Ash will set up periodic video calls to help you troubleshoot any issues that are better discussed live!
